Pricing Guide

Ciyex Hub apps use transparent pricing models designed for healthcare practices. Many core apps are completely free.

Pricing Models​

Free​

No cost to install or use. Core infrastructure and reference apps are free for all Ciyex EHR users.

Examples:

  • Ciyex Medical Codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.)
  • Ciyex Screen Builder & Workflows
  • Care Gaps

Usage-Based​

Pay only for what you use. Charges are calculated per unit (messages, minutes, tokens, etc.).

Examples:

  • Ciyex Communications — $0.01 per message
  • Ciyex Telehealth — $1.50 per session-minute
  • Ask Ciya (AI) — $0.002 per 1,000 tokens

Fixed Monthly​

Flat monthly subscription for unlimited use within your organization.

Examples:

  • Ciyex Credentialing — $149/month

Percentage-Based​

A percentage of revenue processed through the app.

Examples:

  • Ciyex Patient Payments — 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
  • Ciyex RCM — 5% of collections

Tiered​

Volume-based pricing with tiers that decrease per-unit cost at scale.

Examples:

  • Ciyex File Storage:
    • 0–5 GB: Free
    • 5–50 GB: $0.10/GB
    • 50–500 GB: $0.05/GB
    • 500+ GB: $0.02/GB

Free Trials​

Many paid apps include a free trial period:

During the trial, all features are fully available with no charges.

Billing​

  • All billing is managed through Stripe for security and transparency
  • Invoices are generated monthly
  • Usage-based charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle
  • You can view current usage and projected costs in the Hub Usage dashboard

Cancellation​

  • You can cancel or uninstall any app at any time
  • Fixed-price subscriptions are prorated on cancellation
  • Usage-based apps stop charging immediately on uninstall
  • No long-term contracts or commitments
